Below is a gathering of the Coca Cola mini pewter trains I have been able to gather.  There isn't much in the form of information but at one point Fort Inc (pewter company) marketed the 1995 and possibility the 1997 sets.  
Current assumption is that there are three additional cars for the 1998 set with each set having five cars and reusing the same locomotive and caboose.

The last set is an stark difference than the 1995, 1997, or 1998 sets.  The wording is not very well defined, the pieces are longer and heavier along with darker in gray tone than the other sets. 
This set has no dates or markers on them where they were or who manufactured them.
